Multimedia Network Teaching System
In order to bring up the computer knowledges and operation skills, through the combination of multimedia teaching methods and the technology of network transmission, we can import variety of media resources, such as video, audio, image, animation, pictures, texts, etc. into the teaching activities. Clearly and instantly transferring them through network to enrich the remote teaching activities.
Audio and Video Broadcasting
Variety of teaching contents on teacher PC (for example, operations on teacher PC, files and videos, etc.) can be instantly transferred to student PCs through the “Screen Broadcast”, “Net-Movie”, “Camera Broadcast”, etc. functions of ViewAce system.
Besides, if the teacher PC is equipped with two monitors, teacher can appoint which monitor screen will be sent to student PCs. When student PCs are equipped with two monitors, teacher can appoint which monitor to play the teaching contents.
Window Broadcasting
For the courses which are difficult or have complicated operation steps, applying “Window Broadcasting” function can share the full screen of teacher PC to student PCs and display as “Window” view. Students can then watch the demonstrations and practice how to operate at the same time.
Remote Monitoring and Controlling
No need to leave the seat, executing “Remote Monitor” function of ViewAce, teacher can directly see the screen of each student’s PC in order to understand the learning status of everyone. Furthermore, with “Remote Control” function, teacher can directly operate students’ PCs and fulfill remote teaching for individual students.
Voice Interaction
During the class, teacher can perform audio broadcast and also have online chat with students by voice interaction in ViewAce.
Remote Command
By sending “Remote Command” from teacher PC, student PCs will follow the order (e.g. Start / End a specific program, etc.) to avoid operation mistake from students, and make it more effective when giving out a command. Also, it can be used for maintaining computer classroom.
Remote Lock
When teacher needs students to pay attention or keep the class in order, using “Remote Lock” function can turn students’ monitors into black (or customized texts, picture). In the meanwhile, teacher can also disable the keyboards and mice operations from students’ PCs.
Remote Power On/Off
With “Remote Power On / Off / Restart” function, teacher can power on all of the computers in the classroom before class, and shut them down when class is dismissed. During the class, students’ PCs can all be restarted according to the need of teaching as well.
Access Restrictions
Teacher can “Allow / Forbid / Read-only” the USB drive, external hard disk, DVD-ROM, etc. storage devices, for managing the in class behaviors of students.
Internet Restrictions
To avoid students distracting by enrich internet information, teacher can build usage principle of surfing internet on student PCs (forbidden or limitation) to prevent students from surfing internet privately in class.
Program Restrictions
To prevent students from using the programs which are not related to the course in class, teacher can build the usage principle of accessing programs in order to improve concentration of students.
